In the final held at Wankhede, the Mumbai team scored 224 runs in the first innings, while Vidarbha collapsed for 105 runs. In the second innings, Mushir Khan (136) scored a century. Shreyas Iyer (95), captain Ajinkya Rahane (73) and Shams Mulani (50 not out) added half-centuries to Mumbai's total of 418 runs.
