Highlights:

  • Telangana Parliament Elections
  • BSP-BRS alliance
  • The seats where the elephant party will compete!'

It is known that the BRS party suffered a death blow in the Telangana assembly elections. People defeated that party which was in power for ten years. The dreams of the Rose Party, which wanted to come to power for the third time, collapsed. With this, it is expected to compete in the Parliament elections as well. It is making strategies to get majority seats for a total of 17 seats. As part of that, it has given its okay to an alliance with the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).

BSP also lost in the Telangana assembly elections. Indeed, the president of that party RS Praveen Kumar contested from Sirpur and was defeated. In this context, they are trying to secure their presence by winning one or two MP seats. Instead of entering the ring alone, they thought that it would be better to form an alliance with the BRS party, and they negotiated an alliance with the leader of Rose, KCR. After the alliance between the two parties, discussions on seat sharing will be held soon.

In this background, it seems that out of a total of 17 seats, there is a possibility of contesting two seats for BSC and 15 seats for BRS. As part of the alliance, there is a possibility of allotting Nagar Kurnool and Adilabad MP seats to BSP. It is known that RS Praveen Kumar and Sidam Ganapathy from Adilabad have a chance to contest as Nagar Kurnool MP candidates from that party. At present BRS party Nagar Kurnool sitting MP Potuganti Ramulu has joined the BJP, but the party has no representation from the Adilabad seat. In this background, it was decided to allocate these two positions to the BSP party without the need for a rebel. However, soon an official statement will be issued from both parties on the calculations of this alliance.
